SPEAKERS
MARTA LOPEZ
Dr Marta López, a chartered clinical psychologist, has over 20 years of experience of helping people like you move forward from pain to pleasure.
Marta has worked delivering psychological services within the NHS in the UK and independently internationally since 1999. Having both experienced personal pain, she has also helped others managing their own.
Marta aims to create a safe space where you can learn to increase your awareness of your own internal world, develop tools to shift obstacles in your way, and efficiently communicate your needs to others.
ROBBIE HARRISON
Serving up food that nourishes you without sacrificing your tastebuds - simple.
There are many quick fixes out there that we know that ultimately fail. With over 10 years in experience in the kitchen, and as a Personal Trainer, my goal is to help inspire creativity in cooking that serves your health, such as reducing inflammation, weight management and improves eating habits.
All of which contribute to giving you the sense of pleasure and energy from eating better, rather than the pain of confusing nutrition knowledge and endless bingeing cycles.
Our time together is for you to ask questions, reflect and take action for a more pain free life!
CLAIRE GILLIVER

She has a thriving Shiatsu practice in Brighton; specialising in psychological and emotional health. Also practising at Southdown’s Housing Trust, Mental Health Recovery Centre, (previously the NHS) for over 14 years; dedicated to taking Shiatsu out into the community.
Her passion for teaching arrives from her ability to make life in the classroom accessible and enjoyable for all. Her teaching style and humour, with background in Fine Art and Design, brings the theory side of the course to life and opens up students’ potential. Claire also teaches Qigong, and brings this meditative ancient art form as a teaching tool in the Shiatsu classroom and workshops.
