NUTRITION

Everyday there are new headlines… eat this, don’t eat that – there is so much noise in the nutrition world out there! It can be confusing and frustrating to make diet changes to help us achieve our individual health and/or fitness goals. On top of that, if we experience ailments, pain, or any other health complexities, figuring out what is good for us can become a full-time job. It is important to start from a solid foundation that lets us build upwards. 

 

At the end of the day most of us eat between two and six times a day every day. So, those choices that we make every day, truly are important choices with respect to our health. Especially when we have had a bad night sleep, in pain, or we have had a bad day. 

 

So, let’s discuss how to: 

  • Be intentional about what we put in our plates 

  • Nourish our body whilst considering the most essential building blocks to promoting health markers & reducing inflammation  

  • Keep sugar levels under control with out sacrificing your tastebuds
